Santa Fe/Alameda Interchange at I-25

As a subconsultant to Felsburg Holt & Ullevig, Hartwig & Associates is responsible for utility coordination and design, box culvert design, and construction traffic control services for the reconstruction of the Santa Fe and Alameda interchanges at I-25. Hartwig & Associates was responsible for completing the construction traffic control plans for six construction phases of I-25 and four construction phases of Alameda Avenue, including temporary traffic signals at the southbound I-25 off ramp at Alameda and the Kalamath/Alameda intersection.

I-225/Colfax Interchange

As a subconsultant, Hartwig & Associates is responsible for the construction phasing and traffic control for the new interchange at I-225 and 17th Street just north of Colfax Avenue for the City of Aurora and the Colorado Department of Transportation. The first two phased packages are part of Colorado's stimulus projects.

Alameda Avenue and Cherry Creek South Drive

Hartwig & Associates, as a subconsultant to Parsons Brinckerhoff, was responsible for the roadway design and construction phasing/traffic control on Alameda Avenue, and was responsible for the construction phasing, traffic control, and signing and striping on Cherry Creek South Drive.

Arapahoe Road and Parker Road Interchange

Hartwig & Associates was responsible for the construction phasing for the reconstruction of the Arapahoe/Parker Road intersection to an interchange. This work included the phasing plans and traffic analysis of the phasing to determine the impacts of the lane reduction on traffic during construction.
