Hartwig & Associates provided construction management, construction observation, and materials testing oversight for this $10 million bridge in Douglas County just south of Castle Rock. The project involved constructing a seven-span bridge structure which spans the Union Pacific Railroad and Plum Creek.
Dartmouth and Oxford Pedestrian Bridges
Hartwig & Associates provided construction management and inspection services to the City of Englewood for a separate pedestrian bridge over the South Platte River, south of Dartmouth, and for a pedestrian connection over the South Platte River, north of Oxford. The pedestrian bridges are prefabricated engineered structures. This project included federal funding and is therefore part of CDOT Stewardship project.
Pine Lane Bridge over Cherry Creek
Hartwig & Associates provided construction management and inspection services for this 615 foot post tensioned bridge over Cherry Creek, connecting SH 83 and Jordan Road.
Parker Fieldhouse
Hartwig & Associates is providing civil engineering inspection for the site development, subgrade over excavation for swell mitigation, and access roads for this $16 million sports and recreation facility in the Town of Parker.
Railbender Park
Hartwig & Associates provided construction inspection services for the 35,000-square-foot skate park on the southwest corner of Twenty Mile Road and Plaza Drive in the Town of Parker. Railbender Park consists of a modern skate park, tennis courts, and a children's playground.
Mainstreet Streetscape Improvements
Hartwig & Associates provided construction management services for streetscape improvements to East Mainstreet in the Town of Parker. Extensive coordination with the business owners in downtown Parker was conducted in order to minimize disruption to the businesses during construction.
