Daniels Park Road

Hartwig & Associates worked as an extension of Douglas County's staff on the design and construction documents for the realignment of Daniels Park Road. In addition to being a County collector road, Daniels Park Road also serves the City and County of Denver's Daniels Park. The master plan for the park includes roadway improvements and realignment to segregate through-traffic and park traffic.

Bear Dance Drive Improvments

Hartwig & Associates performed the final design and construction documents for the proposed improvements on Bear Dance Drive. The proposed improvements included horizontal and profile modifications, a roundabout intersection, grading and drainage improvements, and the addition of a guardrail.

Hartwig & Associates was a subconsultant to Rockrimmon Constructors on the I-25 Design-Build project in Colorado Springs. Hartwig & Associates was responsible for the construction phasing and traffic control plans.

T-REX Design-Build (Colorado Blvd. to South of the Evans Interchange)

Hartwig & Associates was the Area Manager and Civil Design Lead for Segment 1.3, Colorado Blvd. to south of the Evans Interchange, on the I-25 Reconstruction Design-Build project (T-REX). This work included reconstructing I-25 from approximately Steele Street to south of the Evans Avenue Interchange, and the reconstruction of the Colorado Blvd. Interchange, the Evans Avenue Interchange, and improvements on the local arterials and collector streets.
