As part of the DMJM Harris Team, Hartwig & Associates is providing roadway design services. The roadway system that will be designed by Hartwig & Associates includes the street networks surrounding Union Station, shuttle bus platforms, and layout of transit and roadway connections.
City and County of Denver Transit Oriented Development
Hartwig & Associates is providing preliminary cost estimates (both capital and ongoing O&M costs) of critical public infrastructure improvements that outline implementation strategies, including joint developments and recommend priority/phasing and responsible parties for implementation for the City and County of Denver’s station area plan. This work was performed as a subconsultant to Crandell Arambula.
